For me personally a Centaur Transformation and a Drider/Arachne Transformation are at the top of my list.

I wouldn't mind a construct or fey transformation either but those are a bit lower on the list.

Something like automail from fullmetal alchemist for the mechanical side of materium (as opposed to the geomancy branch's elementals). Units with this will have replaced one of their arms or legs replaced with a mechanical one, each unit model having a random replacement. But the units shouldn't become constructs. These are still organics with some enhancements.

I also think that frostling should be upgraded to a major transformation, the frostlings were a major race in previous game and representing them with a minor transformation doesn't cut it.

Vampires: non decaying undeath, aristocrats of the night
Werewolves/Halfbeasts: embrace an inner beast, become more feral/wild
Golems: we are the clay, we are the Maker
Slaves to Darkness: that specific warhammer Chaos cultist vibe
Chtullu/Eldritch: make the entire race bloated, deformed tentacle faces!
Centaurs: would be so cool to have an innately mounted race.
Djinn: we are the Genie now! a callback to previous AoW titles. Perhaps a half or para-elemental type?
Hive minded: transform into a magic powered collective...we are the swarm! Think MTG Slivers.

I'd love a full-on "Automaton" transformation where your race transforms into mechanical beings, like the Warforged from DnD. Would be cool if the form and style of the Automaton also differed based on the racial form of the originator race, like with Skeletons; Dwarven Automatons could be chunky and angular with an entangled bundle of wires or exhaust piping that resembles a beard; Elvish Automatons could be more sleek and elegant with lots of rounded edges; Lizardfolk Automatons could have segmented plating to imitate scales, etc. Might be asking for too much though.

Werewolf and Vampire transformations would also be great fun. I think a Vampire transformation is probably a given if the "Vampire Lord" Ruler Type they talked about for Season 3 pans out, but I could see a Werewolf transformation being part of that DLC too (Here's hoping, anyway).
Although I could see "Batfolk" being a new racial form coming with the hypothetical Vampire Ruler DLC too...

all these people wanting to be turned into the wolf race instead of just making the wolf race

we have mcdonalds at home. if they make the bat race, I will be entertained. I don't know how that's supposed to work, transformation I guess.

Vampire transformation for sure. Just not sure how it would be visually done since wightborne already covers the ugly undead side. I guess they could just put goofy fangs on the model.

Not sure about werewolf/lycanthrope transformations since we already have a variety of beast races that effectively are those transformations. Also, since there's currently no day/night cycle or a moon cycle, the biggest tropes about werewolves/lycanthropes aren't even present in the game.

Drider is definitely my top pick.

...
When it comes to vamps, they can always approach it from a more unique angle like Darkest Dungeon did for example. Vamps in DD were inspired by leeches and mosquitoes.

Maybe the good/evil alignment system can replace day/night cycle.
