Have you tried mp yet successfully? It is always good to test before you do all kinds of things with your ports. Maybe the router FAQ could help you. I understand ISP's closing ports to where you can't host, but I doubt they would prevent you from playing at all.

Well...I know that hosting is out of question due to this problem. There are some games where i can join, usually tehre i can move all the traffic to port 113(or the games use udp ports) wich is open...So i would like to know, is it possible to make Hoi(and Europa Universalis 2) use this open port.

If you have and it does not work prehaps you could list your router model and any software you are using, that may help others to help you.

You're far too hopeful. In fact many ISPs or universities do block off incoming TCP connections. The result is no MP capability, sadly. The advantage is that no matter how dumb the users are of their computers, they're now protected from hackers. By the way, it's ports 2300-2400 & 47624. They need to be opened, but I sincerely doubt the original poster is in any position to get them opened.
