I'm playing the Grand Campaign game as the English. The Spanish control Tallahassee. I set up trading posts in Biloxi and Mobile. The Spanish marched an army through those two provinces and, all of a sudden, they became Spanish provinces. I tried to move an army into them to take them back but the game wouldn't let me since I am not at war with Spain. What is going on here?
