Summary​

When creating/reforming a religion Piety Costs cannot change in response to selected Doctrines/Tenets

Description​

Piety Costs for Doctrines/Tenets appear to only be calculated once after the parent faiths settings are loaded.
Piety cost should be recalculated after each change of a Doctrine/Tenet and the first calculation should be after selected_doctrines is constructed just like is_shown and can_pick are

Steps to reproduce​

Begin as eg a Coptic Ruler , and add check the cost of Syncretic Folk Traditions (it should be low because you have the Pluralism Doctrine), change the Pluralism Doctrine to Fundamentalist and check the cost again. Note that it doesn't change. The same thing happens if you try and use flag:doctrine_pluralism_pluralistic = {is_in_list = selected_doctrines} in setting the cost for a Doctrine as well.

This seems to be because the piety_cost is only calculated once, and it's before the selected_doctrines list is constructed for the first time.
