When declaring on a colonizer, their colonial nation does not join the war if it's already in war with my subject's colonial nation

Description​

I have a personal union with France, who has its own CN (Colombia). This CN got declared by Portuguese CN (Brazil).

I declared war on Portugal, and all its CNs joined, except Portuguese Brazil. However, when I checked the peace deal screen, I was still able to demand "Concede Brazil", and it would have given me all Portuguese Brazilian provinces.

A month later, I tried declaring on Portuguese Brazil, and now I am in two wars
