When I edit a house/dynasty name, the name shows in other dynasty when I want to edit them

When I edit a house/dynasty name, the name shows in other dynasty when I want to edit them

Description​

Whenever I try to change the name of a house/dynasty and go to another one, the first house/dynasty name I changed shows in the other house and dynasties when I try to edit them. It doesn't show the original dynasty or house name. Plus, the unit in the house edit page is just a full black. Reloading the save fixes the naming issue, but it's tiring to do so for a lot of houses as you have to reload to edit every house

Steps to reproduce​

Went to house of Munso and changed it to Bjornssons, then went to house Corvan to name it after its founder and it shows Bjornssons in the name.

I fixed the unit issue by deleting the game files in the documents folder. The naming issue is still there
