When I launch game both 'Continue' and 'Load' options are greyed out.

Expected Result​

I expected this would rectify after restarting - it didn't.

Actual Result​

Loss of 15hrs build work on my city.

Steps to reproduce​

I simply launched the game and discovered I couldnt continue my city, nor load it.
