Whenever I go onto a map there it is stuck loading with a black screen behind it. I don't have and bad mods or assets the assets i use are for British themed cities. MacOS Ventura 13.2.

In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. In the Launch Options line, paste this in there:

-noWorkshop -disableMods

Does it still happen then?
