Where are these eventnames coming from?!

In all the big events, each has something similar to the following (taken from the Baden League of Augsburg event):

name = "EVENTNAME3680" desc = "EVENTHIST3680"

Does anyone know where the file containing all this stuff might be?

U mean event ids ? Thousands. Nation tag wise 19 IIRC.
