I'm playing HOI2 1.03, not Doomsday. Can I download CORE from a site I don't have to register for?

You can download 0.22 from gamershell.com for one. Just search for CORE 0.22 and I'm pretty sure you'll find it.
For the record: 0.22 will be the final version of CORE for regular HoI2 though. We've completely moved towards DD and possibly in the near future Armageddon.
