Where can I find WATK?

I'm looking for the WATK map, but not the version with outdated AGCEEP, just the map with vanilla 1.09 events. I didn't see it in the Scenario List thread.

Thanks for the link, yes it's rather a mod than a scenario. Is the 3.11 version the latest version?
