Where is the auto bulldozer mod?

I thought I read somewhere that there was an autobulldozer mod to automattically bulldoze all abandoned and/or rubble buildings?

Or was I just dreaming?

Search here or workshop doesn't seem to find it. Or more I am horrible with search.
