Where is the product code?

I patch I downloaded for HoI requires that I enter my "product code" which they say should be in the manual or on the box it came from, yet I can not seem to find it or know exactly what I am looking for, can I get any help on this?

So let me get this right.

You installed the game without any trouble.
Then you downloaded an HOI1 patch, and it asked you to enter a product code.

Where did you download this patch from please give me the link.

I have contacted the VP Support Staff in an email, but posted here because I assumed that I was missing something basic in the design of the cover or the manual.

EDIT: Never mind, I have gotten a reply, and the product has been solved.

The problem here is you did not read the sticky thread to realize, we have nothing to do with the Mac version, and thus my total confussion, when you did not mention that you were a MAC user.
