OK ive just bought EU2, the box advertises a scenario editor, so where is it? is this just refering to the ability to customise the victory rules and the 8 major nations or is there a full editor hidden somewhere? done a brief browse through the cd and the manual and found nothing....

Great so i have to painfully download several meg on my measly 56k that should already be on the cd i paid money for. My thanks to the publishers for rushing a game out like that. They might as well release the title screen on a cd after 2 days development and get you to download the rest of the game in patches over the next few years.

I probably have a right to sue over this... false advertising.....
 
at least, you don't have to pay for the patches, unlike some companies.
