Where is the Tech Support forum for EIC?

I went to Paradox support and clicked the link for the "Support Forums" and was sent back to this forum. I do not see a special category for tech support.

Is there one or will there be one?

I had a problem with a patch on my laptop this morning and posted to this forum...and when I ran the program from my desktop, there was no popup informing me of a patch.

I am a bit confused by this and would love to see a tech support category so my posts or others posts get lost in the general forum.

Already no tech support forum does not look good for a game just released.

One thing which might get you help is posting the exact error you got. Either Nitro will get to you, or someone here will have an idea as to what causes your problem

I did that earlier...the post is subject headed as:

"EIC patch 1 failed to install"

No response so far
