Where to edit "message/notifications options" (autopause)?

Need to make game to pause on ALL notifications. There is no such option in Stellaris ingmame like in EUIV/CK2 "message settings"

I would like to know this, too, but this is most likely something that will have to be requested in Suggestions subforum since I don't see any settings for this in-game.
