I downloaded the adding for skylines. I bought them all. When I use the game I don't see anything new. what happened?

Try force quitting the game before uninstalling just the add-ons and redownload them (don't uninstall the base game). Sometimes the Xbox edition of the game doesn't recognise add-ons as being installed and for some reason redownloading them works..
IOW = In Other Words.
If you bought DLCs from the Xbox store then they should install on your Xbox automatically. Do they show in your Xbox account online?
What about in the game's main menu, do they show there with a green tick?

Make sure you downloaded your DLC . Purchase and download are 2 separate functions.
The xbox version also has an issue where some DLC may not be detected as being installed when they actually are. To fix this you'll need to reinstall the affected DLC only.
