Expected Result​

Residential tax dollar amount to raise and lower in response to tax percentage value

Actual Result​

Residential tax dollar amount remained at $0 regardless of tax percentage.

Steps to reproduce​

Not 100% sure when the issued occurred. I believe it was when I set residential taxes to -10% and then raised quickly back to positive.
