I got no answer (even a pre-generated one), so this address is not being monitored is my best guess.
I reported some moderation decisions. I got some messages back in my notification, but they are not in my inbox (so I cannot find them or read them in full).
PS: it will be obvious which forum is problematic right now, but I don't want to discuss this publicly; I just want to raise my concern to the right person.
The process to appeal infractions is that you contact the moderator who issued them, by DM here. If that appeal does not satisfy you, the admin email is the next and only further step available.
However the address I have for them is admin@paradoxplaza.com . Now I would have thought both went to the same place, but you might try that too.
Also, the admins are insanely busy, and may not be able to respond to you immediately.
