Hi, there's my problem: as you can see from the image attached, in Hightower I can (from the left) raise 5446 of 16214 troops. But when i click on raise levies it raises only 476 men. What about the other 5 thousands?
Does someone have ideas about what's happening? In the Reach realm there's high crown authorithy, but that means 30% of my troops is controlled by my liege, and not the 70%, and from what i understand of the system, the 5446 should be 100% mine.
