Try redownloading...I had no problems (just tested). Perhaps you were downloading as Johan was uploading the fixed version?

Maybe your unzipping software doesn't recognize the *.rar file format?

It's a .zip file.

Okay what are you doing can you take me step by step how you are installing it and what is happening.

I've tried installing the beta patches and they don't work for me either. I get some excell error whenever I try to install one of the beta patches. It unzips fine just won't install. Do I have to manually change all the files by replacing the affected files with the beta files?

Nothing to install.

What you want to do is extract directly into the EU2 folder, and select yes if asked if you want to overwrite anything.
