Its probably a virus that picks up a name of a random program or folder on your computer, has nothing to do with paradox.

I'd suggest downloading and installing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, let it run on your system. It should blot out anything that made its way past your antivirus. Let it run, delete all infected files and restart. Should solve your problem.

Doesnt sound unlikely. Its not a process anyone on PDS has made at least. perhaps it could be something from one of the publisher games, but I don't think so. I'd put it to the torch and run scanners on your computer.
 
You can create Ubuntu Live USB and then boot your PC from it. When you are there, find your hard drive directory (should be listed somewhere on the left side of the File Manger (Nautilus), find the needed directory there, and delete it.

It would be easier than installing the hard disk to another PC.

Just going to go ahead and second this. Everyone should have a lightweight linux bootdisk prepped for when shit hits the fan.
