This event "Nobles Challenge King's right to rule" is a real doozie.

I can understand that its kind of a punishment for players who have a high aristocracy level and a low centralization value, but its a tad harsh. I mean there are a lot of events that push the player onto low centralization in avoidance in drops of stability. Then this event comes in and smacks the player down with incredibly low stab with either choice. :(
And then wow, if the player opts for a lesser stability loss, they get a drop in centralization. Its a pretty hard circle to break without realizing what its triggers are.

I'm wondering if this event can be made a little less harsh. I've got caught in its loop so many times and its likely if I had changed my dp settings I would have caught in another events loop. I almost willing to just let the nobles take over if they want

Perhaps I should just suck it up, but I step down and those nobles just challenge me again:D

Ah yes. I would personally massacre all those damn nobles, and put them on pikes for the birds to eat out their filthy eyeballs...GRRRR....

I think that would give the right signal to the new upper class coming in later.
