I was just playing Stellaris when I noticed that the icon of my homeworld looked weird,
and it seems there is now a new civilization on my homeworld.
Has anyone else this issue?

In case it helps find it: This isn't limited to player homeworlds. I was trying to hunt down the homeworld of an enemy of mine and got quite confused when I saw that a bronze age civilization had emerged.

As far as I can tell it made no impact on gameplay and is just a visual bug.
