Will CK3 also support 2D portraits?

(A modder commissioned me to ask this.)

For example, he (or she? I am not sure) is not able to draw anime picture by his/herself, only to use ready-made pictures.
And of course not able to design 3D anime portraits.

According to the stream the portraits are moddable, but you need 3D modelling skills to make it work. So probably only 3D (and would be weird if you could just switch, as they are animated an all that).

Maybe we can do some thing similar to Stellaris? Vanilla portraits are all animated 3D portraits, but with mods, static 2D portraits are also available.
