Will the PS4 gameplay be equally to the PC version ?

Pre ordered Surviving Mars for PS4 and will the PS4 gameplay be equally to the PC version ?
And secondo ... will there be in the very near future a manual for ps4 ?

The gameplay on all platforms is the same there are no changes to features based on platform. As for a manual - there's an in-game encyclopedia (again on all platforms) which holds details about gameplay features.

Obviously, on Steam (PC) there is a wide modding community which provide them FoC ... Are there plans to have mods available on PS4/XB1?
