I've been looking around online for mentions and hints. I've heard about one of the devs making a reference to the ides of march in 2015. Another posted a message on twitter about Rome 2 devs.
It seems a lot of people think Eur is just an inside joke at Paradox. Did it do that badly? From looking around and playing it isn't a bad game at all. It's obviously dated compared to the games they are making today.
Antiquity is one of the most beloved periods for strategy games especially ones that are Rome themed. Arguably there hasn't been another great strategy game based in Rome since Total war Rome I (let's face it Rome II was absolutely awful )
I know a lot of people here want Vic3. I'm curious how many want a EUR II? I know I do!
