[win 10] screen stutters in EUIV especially when moving around map

Hello,

Yesterday I tried to play project zomboid and noticed the screen just freezing/stuttering every 2nd or 3rd action. After trying all online fixes I could find I eventually gave up on the issue. Now today I decided to launch EUIV and noticed the same issue. When just looking at the map the game would freeze (without even unpausing), so I checked CK3 aswell same issue there. Although it was only when moving or zooming around the map.

I have been playing a good amount of hoi4 lately and couldnt remember the issue there. so checked it today and hoi4 was running fine.

You guys have any idea what could be causing this in PZ, EUIV and CKIII,

Specs:

GTX 1080
Ryzen 5 3600x
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram

As the problem exists outside our games, we're probably not the best place to help you fix it - it's going to be a Windows or hardware issue most likely.

As a start unload GeForce Experience if running, as it sometimes makes things worse .

Thought maybe you had some ideas, but it somehow fixed itselfs everything runs fine now. I think one of the updates i did worked. So this can be closed.
