[Win10] Game Freeze Middle America

Specifically, I am experiencing frequent freezes whenever I attempt to scroll within the Middle America region of the game map.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps on my end, including updating the game to the latest version, adjusting graphics settings, disabling mods, verifying the integrity of game files through Steam, and ensuring that my graphics drivers are up to date. Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

My system meets the minimum requirements for Europa Universalis 4, and I have not encountered similar issues with other games or applications on my computer.

Have you tried disabling city sprawl in the video settings? That usually helps
