Windowed Mode not working?

I followed the instructions and changed "fullScreen=yes" to "fullScreen=no", but the game still will not enter windowed mode. I tried Alt+Enter, as that is required in some games, but it still won't change. I am logged in as the Administrator.

I am able to play the game just fine, no crashing, slowdowns, or any other problems, other than being unable to get Windowed mode to work. I just prefer to play games in windowed mode, so I can access other programs without having to Alt+Tab between them.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Please delete this post. I forgot I was dealing with Vista, had to check the C:....\AppData\Local\VirtualStore folder, which is where Vista loves to hide things from me. The correct settings.txt was located in there. Thanks for your time.

Where is this folder?

As the OP says:

C:....\AppData\Local\VirtualStore

You could do a full-disk search for the filename settings.txt and you should find it.
