won't save game???

By "patch" do you mean 1.04?
if 1.03b then you need to look at the sticky thread in the general discussion forum.

Thank's for replying. The 1.04 isnt avalable to me yet, But I will re-enstall game and down load it when it become's avalable to me. I will also turn the music off if I can fig. out how.
I read your "SELF HELP GUIDE", and being resonably inept with a computer it look's pritty intimadating, but I love this game so much, that if the above does'nt solve my problem I'll print it and try to work my way through your suggestion's.

Question,
How do u delete saved game's and is there a way to skip past opening cinamatic's???

I Un-installed and then re-enstalled and all my old save game's were still there...Hmmm
Also I went into option's to turn off music before starting new game and after starting new game and did not see a way to turn music off...

I just noticed some on else with a "save game prob. and it sound's like mine. I'll try your solution tomarrow as it is late and I must quit for the night.

Okay, here goes.

All patches should now be available.
Turn intro off by renaming your AVI folder to AVI_back
Music can be turned off by running HOI settings.

I have, with your help, successfully turned of the music and the cinamatic's. But still don't know how to delete saved game's.

Question:
How do I delete saved game's??

Ilooked through the program file's and found btn_save, but when I opened it I did'nt know what to do from there....

All so,
I read the post "saving problem's" by Hurin, and they sound Identical to mine though he mentions nothing about lag.
Hopefully when I down load 1.04 (na) my problem's will be solved! I check for it every day.

Yeahhhh!!!!!

Ihave sucsessfully installed1.04, Hopefully that will solve my save problem though I wont be sure until I play a new game for a week or so.
I was looking for patch at parodox as there is a short cut at top of this forum. Thank's Duck for sending me to stratigy first.

Question:confused:
How do I delete saved game's?
I have quite a few auto save's that I dont need and cant figure out how to get rid of them...
other than that you guy's have done a great job of assiting me and I am very greatful!!!!!

Delete saves by opening the folder and manually deleteing them, or make a new folder if you want to archive them for any reason but still want a clean folder for loading games.

I finally found save folder and was able to delete.
