Won't show Global Support in research tree.

I tried it multipel times but whenever I get the Anomaly for Global Support and it sais I unlocked Global Support it never shows it in the research tree. Meaning I cant research it. No mods installed.
What is the problem and how can I fix it?

I'm not aware of this as a general problem. This would be Rare Anomaly Analyzed: Fossils, is that right? And you choose option 4. in it?
