GMed by me and Cobjor, the game would probably take place on mondays 19-23 CEST, starting in september, and will be a hamachi only affair.

Provisionally I am thinking of using the vanilla map, PE's 1492 scenario.

The game should have an ethos of relaxed roleplaying (no using things that could be considered an exploit even if they aren't specifically mentioned) and the slowing down of the blobbing process wherever possible.

There will also probably be a locked land naval slider between 3 and 7 and England may recieve a slight nerfing to its late game admirals that I suggested in european warmongers.

To that end I and Cobjor will reserve the right to not let someone play if we think they will change the sort of atmosphere we are looking for.

Anyway, people we've already approached if you could sign your interest here with 3 countries and any other comments and people we've not asked who would be interested please do the same as we do need more players :)

EDIT: And no, China will not be played!

Actually, I am not that sure and will probably change my preferences a few times before we start. ;)

1. Spain!! (i tried it one time, which were quite a disaster)

3. Sweden (if no Denmark)

Obviously not an easy thing to define mulli, so I'll try giving a few examples of things I'd prefer not to happen in this game and if that isn't enough i'll try and figure an actual definition out.

Things such as
  • BB and Austria peacefully dividing up Germany and spending the first 15 years annexing and force vassalising the HRE, Austria and to a lesser extent BB should see the HRE as their duty to protect
  • England spending the first 150 years at peace then joining in fights by using massed cannon and an uber leader
  • An eternal border/alliance (usually this is caused by players being on good terms with each other, as hopefully most of us here are on good terms I hope that it will mean people feel less constrained with regards to diplomacy)
  • Russia not attacking the west till 1770
  • Massed TA's to make sure that 4 naval nations control all trade
  • Restraint in regards to ending a war, if you are being beaten but think you may be able to turn it round with a total war think twice about what happened irl. Similiarly if you are winning, be happy with modest gains and don't keep raising the demands if they don't surrender at once.

If you want further clarification just shout, hope this gives an idea of the flavor I want the game to have :)

Remember, which nation should we have as nr 9?

As I can see right now, Absolut think we should go with NL. Anyone else has an idea?
 
I might be interested if a crew player crew is gonna play. ;)

Goddamn, still can't stay away from EU2MP. :p
