I would love this, I really would. I enjoy watching streams, chatting, etc, while playing. Sure, not everyone wants to play windowed, but in this day and age it just seems like a given for games to have a windowed mode (that doesn't just stick itself on the top of the desktop and just sits their, unmovable).
