I'm having trouble understanding how loyalty would work with worst_neighbor if he is for example independant ruler. I can see it for worst_vassal of course, and maybe for courtiers and sons.
Preliminary tests show that worst_neighbor is based on character traits!
It makes sense in some way. This is a game about characters and relations are based on personalities, so traits come into play. Some people get along fine, some hate each other...
I will test some other worst_... conditions and see if the traits are a factor in those equations too.
