You're sieging a province with 5,000 troops when suddenly the local mayor raises his army of 20. You instantly destroy it, but not before your leader becomes Wounded / Maimed / Incapable. It seems like these chances should be severely reduced when going up against underwhelming odds. Sure, a massive battle of 5,000 vs 5,000 should run the risk of this, but would 20 peasants really be able to break through the front line of a 5,000 strong army, circumvent the King's personal bodyguard and then proceed to deal a severe blow upon the king? It would be more realistic if, the larger your force is, the less chance of these events happening.

For example, if it is 5,000 vs 500, the chance of getting these should be reduced to 25%.

5,000 vs 50, the chance of getting these should be reduced to 10%.

5,000 vs 5, the chance of getting these should be reduced to 1%.
