Wow...major supply issue.

Okay, I couldn't find any reports of this issue in the bug forum (checked all 6 pages), so:

-Playing as GER in this case, but same happened with SOV
-Allocated 152.67 IC to Supplies
-Tooltip on slider says this should produce 610.70 supplies
-Tooltip on supply (on topbar) says I'm only actually producing 4.64 supplies
-usage is 52.68

Obviously something is terribly wrong here, simple calculations result in:
32.90 IC for one unit of supply, 1733.172 IC to match my current usage.

If someone can just tell me where the problem is (i.e. which file controls this) then I can just correct it myself until the patch comes out.

You'll have to give me a bit I'm at work. But I should note that this is with major event-added offmap IC (I cheat to bug-test the game). At vanilla levels the problem is not there. So mainly I'm wondering if you guys tied supplies in with IC somehow or what? This doesn't happen with vanilla HOI2.
