5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
When I play my custom divine empire my starting leader is from beginning level 5, but from time to time he receives a message the he gained level, for axample 2-3, 3-4 and so on, but he is still level 5, if he is gaining levels he should be level 6 and higher.
Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
It happens in all saves with my custom empire, with regular empires I did not test it.
7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
I tried restart the game and reinstal it, but it did not help.
