Wrong/mismatching Regent after designated Regent became incapable

Description​

My designated Regent became incapable, I entered a Regency, and now the Power Sharing window still shows the incapable Regent while all other UI elements show a new one. No idea which one the game actually uses for Regency events.

This has happened multiple times now, and I wasn't able to change designated Regent due to cooldown.

Steps to reproduce​

Have your designated Regent become incapable and enter a Regency, or have your acting Regent become incapable.

The events do seem to use my father instead of the incapable former regent, so it might just but a UI bug.
