Wrong tooltip for "Invite to Court"

Description​

Charcters can't be invited to court because of "leasing holdings from their liege", but are not leasing any holding.

Seeresses can of course not be invited to a court. But the tooltip is wrong, because a Seeress is not a holder of a title (holding) by definition of the ingame Encyclopedia.

Steps to reproduce​

Open the savefile. search for characters that are adult unmarried femals, not rulers in the top realm. Sort the results by rank. On top of the Results you will find "Court Seeress Ieva or Bartia". Rightrclick her portrait, hover the mouse over "invite to Court". The tooltip states "Ieva is leasing holdings from their liege" as an explanation why she can't invited to court, but she doesn't have any holding: Regarding the ingame Encyclopedia a "holding" is a central settlement fo a Barony or County Capital. It provides taxes and levies to a holder.

So leasing a holding needs a holder of a title (as the Encyclopedia definees a holder). But Court Seeress Ieva or Bartia holds no title (of a holding).

There are quite a few characters without a title of a holding that cant be invited to court because of " leasing holdings from their liege". The attached screenshot shows Court Seeress Saule as another example.
