I would want the best and ''realistic'' experience with italy or germany in world war 2 plus more special units (SS, bersaglieri etc)... what is the best mod? All-in-one?

IMHO the best mod is EoD (especially for Germany).
But also TRP and WIF2 could be a great experience.
