Um, what do you mean exactly with "All help wanted"?
Do you mean you need someone to aid you with all the pieces?
However, I will not judge you, instead, I congratulate you on your initiative, and I am also offering my assistance.
I can provide historical data, as well as (to some degree) events.
 
I can also make events if you wish.
If you want my help of course :)
And if you do, I suggest we take KaRei's advice and borrow events etc. from the 19??-19?? scenario, provided it's okey with the makers of that mod.

EDIT: KaRei, doesn't look like there's any events for that scenario :O Please tell me I'm wrong so I can feel like a fool, once again.

Well okey, abbc, countries look good, I can check on those bh3-files if you tell me where they can be found.
I can also start with events for the Scandinavian countries, okey?

EDIT: abbc, I could need to know exactly when this mod begins.
Does it begin bith the Balkan wars in the first decade of the 20th century (1900+, I know, english people are so confusing), or shall it begin with me Marocko-crises, or at 1914 when the first world war begins?
 
I don't know your exact start year, so I bring you also a list of countries present before the 1914 ;)
I'll bring lists also from between the World Wars and after WW2.
You'll be able then to choose the lucky countries that'll get in your mod quite easily. And you'll have also a good point where to start search historical informations from ;)

In the end I also made an overall list of countries from all of them (cca 1900 - 1960)

I'd suggest that a decent starting point might be somewhere around 1898-1900, with the last significant colonial wars ending (the Boer War was around this time, and the Spanish-American.)

Then you could use events to simulate things like the pre-WWI dreadnought arms race between England and Germany, and the Balkan crises.

And I do hope Arabia gets included with Lawrence as a military leader. ;) And no, it was never an English mandate.

And here is the full list, eg. all countries that emerged in the previous ones. I made this to count the countries. So here you have 179 countries that appeared in time from cca 1900 - 1960. The game supports up to about 330 countries, so you have still a lot of space there ;)

(PS: It's possible that I missed some countries. But thanks the remaining extra space, it won't be a problem to add them ;) )

Sheridan: I'll start in 1898 when the Spanish-American war starts. The Boer War starts in 1899. The dreadnought race seems to have caused a lot of tension in Europe so I'll include that and maybe give Germany an event so they can choose if they want to continue building their navy larger. And yes, Arabia will get Lawrence as a leader.

ThegreatTobias: The files come from a game called Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots which is an expansion to Rise of Nations. The troops are quite realistic but are pretty small. Perhaps it could be set up so that when a country reaches a certain technology the troops could change appearance to look more modern.

Looks good, ah yes, RoN, I have played that, and the expansion.
And if we want the troops to change apperance, perhaps we need help from a skilled graphic dude.
And about the dreadnought race, yes that's good, but don't forget other things.
The russian mobilization, the german dito, the Marocko-crisis (in which Austria-Hungary did NOT support their german allies) and so on.
