Xbox Gamepass EU4 won't load

I have tried from the x-box app and desktop link in administrator mode. Launcher loads and the screen locks up like its loading, but nothing does. Attached is the dxdiag. I have tried running it with firewall and anti-virus off as well.

Has this game ever worked for you? Or never yet?

I see you have CK2 and Stellaris, do they work okay for you?

You may as well update that nVidia driver to December 2021:

IF that doesn't help:
Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4 Gamepass/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/EU4 Gamepass/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

I have played CK2(steam version) without issue, I haven't played Stellaris on this PC. I also played CK3(xbox) without issue. The error log shows up as empty

There was no settings.txt either, is that right?

In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless. THEN go here:

Not sure if it was the downloads or switching to borderless but it is working. Tyvm
