I placed a new bus-metro hub, but it is impossible to create two stops on a single metro track. So I can create only one-way trip.

I experienced this same problem, but i found the work around was to create another line and station connected to the other track (that i didn't want) and put a stop in on that new line. This allowed me to add the stop on the line i wanted, before i removed the work-around line. Hope this helps until they fix it.
