[Xbox One] Can't get to main menu

My game locked up during an autosave (like just wouldn't do anything for between 5-10 minutes) so I force quit the game and relaunched it. Now it won't advance past the loading screen to the main menu. I just get a loading screen forever. I even uninstalled and redownloaded the game. Game is 100% unplayable for me now. Also where do the saves get stored? I can't even like try to delete what I'm assuming is the bad autosave because NOTHING is under the save data section on "My Games & Apps". I just bought the complete edition of the game yesterday and now I can't play it.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again
