Couldn't find anything about this anywhere, so decided to make a thread for it.

Description

District Styles not showing correctly for University City when reaching highest level.

What is your game version?
Cities Skylines for Xbox One (With all DLC installed)

What expansions do you have installed?
No Mods. All expansions/DLC

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When selecting "University City" as the district style for a zoned area, buildings will revert to default style when reaching highest level. This happens with both residential and commercial buildings. They will have the correct appearance up until the highest level, and then revert to default rather than the chosen "University City" district style.

Also, choosing "Highrise Ban" under policies for the district seems to have no effect whatsoever.

Have attached a screenshot.

I have also noticed that, on PS4. It might be that there are no University City building spawns for the highest level, which may or may not be a bug. I usually get around it by marking a building "historical" (actually, ~90% of buildings in my city are marked as historical since some of the vanilla buildings are ugly imo).

The high-rise ban seems to only affect office and high-density zoning. Low-density commercial and residential aren't affected by high-rise ban.

I am sorry I just saw this reply now! Thanks for verifying it's happening on PS4 as well. I've been using the historical building feature too but when your city grows big enough it feels like kind of a chore. Hopefully they'll come out with some kind of fix eventually.

In addition, I would recommend taking a picture of the district information with the style setting and one with the information window of a building in this district
