Xbox One - Industry demand = 0

Hello
New here. I just got back to Skylines, created a city, started up and saw that the industry demand is zero. First I thought I screwed up my connections to the outside ... but no. Residential and Commercial are ok, but industry and offices wont grow at all.
So I took a peek at my previos cities that I knew had good Industry demand ... also zero ... on all of them.

Has something happened?
