While in game I'm unable to pan, yet my joystick works just fine with other stuff. Yesterday everything worked brilliantly. I'm playing on Xbox one. No mods. No error codes. No freezing. I've restarted multiple times with no luck. Im just stuck to one space on map, leaving me unable to build or give direction.
