(xbox one) WM1 Tattered map freeze game

The problem I have is when I open up the Tattered map to find Ninagauth's Black Pages and click examine the game gets stuck on the picture of the map as I cant click the X in the corner or press B on the game pad. Just stuck on the Tattered map page and cant do any thing.

I had the same issue on PS4. First I thought the problem was opening the map directly from the loot screen. But after reloading and first picking it up before opening, I was stuck on the map screen again.

The game did not freeze, though. There simply was no option to close the map -- except for the familiar little X in the upper right corner you would expect on a mouse-based system. I guess they forgot about this when porting it to the consoles.

I've had the same problem on Xbox One. You examine the map and there is no way to exit the screen. I had to restart the game completely and then I tested it again and the same thing happened.

Extremely annoying especially since I'd cleared this map and hadn't saved so now I have to do it again and the loading times are so slow it takes ages to restart the game.
