Though I think Windows XP is very very very far from professional, and though I have maaaaany problems with XP, I have none with EU2, just that XP is often very slow with the start of a program, much slower than DOS.
That is only to assure you that EU2 runs principally on XP. Just install it and it should run. I think nobody will be able to tell you more unless you provide more specific information on what exactly is going wrong. Furthermore people who could help you with tech support will not look in the Online Ordering Forum. You should ask in the EU2 Tech Support.
